Details of the Job/Internship
Kinematics Group is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with at least 5 years of civil and criminal litigation experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle all legal matters and services concerning the company and its personnel.
- Represent the company in civil and criminal litigation.
- Provide legal guidance on corporate law and international business transactions.
- Support constitutional law matters, where applicable.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of civil and criminal litigation experience.
- Experience in corporate law and international business transactions is preferred.
- Experience in constitutional law is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
