Details of the Job/Internship
LawFlex is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with experience of 8+ years to join their client’s office in Central Gurugram on a full-time, 6-month contract (with potential extension).
Role and Responsibilities
- Negotiate, draft, and review commercial contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, licensing, JV/consortium, and subcontractor agreements.
- Advise on legal and regulatory compliance across global jurisdictions.
- Provide counsel on employment law matters and HR policies.
- Support M&A transactions, digital transformation projects, and cross-border structuring.
- Lead legal input on contract lifecycle automation and legal tech.
- Ensure compliance with governance, data protection, and IP regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, HR, and compliance teams.
Eligibility
- Indian-qualified lawyer with minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in-house or with global service firms.
- Experience in IT, Telecom, Consulting, or Technology sectors preferred.
- Strong background in contract negotiation, employment law, and compliance.
Salary/Stipend
Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
