Details of the Job/Internship

Lawflex is hiring a Fractional Technology Lawyer based in India to support a US technology company on a long-term remote retainer.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Handle SaaS, software licensing, and subscription contracts.
• Manage customer and vendor agreements.
• Work on NDAs, MSAs, Statements of Work, and procurement terms.
• Advise on data privacy and security clauses.
• Provide guidance on commercial risk to internal stakeholders.
• Support business teams with practical legal advice.
• Manage contract turnaround efficiently.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer based in India.
• 5+ years of PQE preferred.
• In-house experience in a technology, SaaS, or software company, or strong tech-focused law firm experience.
• Experience in negotiating technology contracts.
• Familiarity with US or international counterparties.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Commercial and practical approach.

Salary/Stipend
