Details of the Job/Internship
Lenovo is hiring Senior Legal Counsel with the experience of 10 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Establish, monitor, and ensure compliance with legal standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct and oversee training sessions on legal and policy matters, including ESG(Environmental, Social, and Governance)practices.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, best practices, and changes in laws affecting the business.
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance programs, including periodic and incidental corporate filings.
Eligibility
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role,preferably within the Tech/T/ITES sector.
- Proven experience in advisory, compliance, and risk management.
- Corporate law firm experience is desirable.
- Experience in handling regulatory and statutory compliance, as well as managing litigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
