Luxoft, a DXC Technology Company, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for its Bengaluru location. The role involves providing legal counsel and support, ensuring compliance, and managing legal matters. Role and Responsibilities
- This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional to join the Luxoft Legal Team. As Senior Legal Counsel for the Greater India region, you will be responsible for all aspects of the legal function, including providing both day-to-day and strategic legal support for labour and employment, tax, intellectual property, data protection, compliance, risk management, corporate secretarial and corporate governance matters to ensure the continued and sustainable growth of Luxoft's business in the region.
- You will also have transactional drafting and negotiation responsibilities on deals and provide ongoing legal advice to senior executives and business team members.

- You must have a law degree from an accredited law school with at least 8 years of relevant experience in a broad range of commercial law disciplines. Prior in-house legal experience in a global MNC is a plus. You must have strong drafting and negotiation skills and be familiar with legal concepts relating to Technology, including software licensing, intellectual property management and other related issues, preferably from the supplier side.
