Midas Legal is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Counsel to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is on drafting civil, criminal, and corporate cases, as well as court appearances, along with managerial responsibilities.
Proficiently draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements, for civil, corporate, and criminal cases.
Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and proceedings, ensuring effective advocacy and representation.
Identify opportunities to bring in legal work from existing clients.
Cultivate relationships with new clients to expand the firm's client base.
Focus on protecting clients and the firm's commercial interests, particularly in disputes and agreements.
Deliver comprehensive legal support, including templates, advice, risk management, and subject matter knowledge, to facilitate the firm's expansion efforts.
Demonstrate strong managerial skills to effectively lead and mentor junior associates.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Provide guidance, supervision, and support to ensure the team's success in meeting client needs and achieving organizational objectives.
Exceptional drafting skills in civil and corporate cases, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Sound knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
Proven track record of successful court appearances and litigation representation before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT & NCLAT, as well as District Courts.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to excel.
High level of proficiency in legal research, analysis, and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.

Eligibility

An LL.B from a reputable university is required, and an LL.M in Law is preferred.
6 years of post-qualification experience in law firms, with a focus on drafting, court appearances, and managerial responsibilities.
Exceptional drafting skills in civil and corporate cases, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Sound knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
Proven track record of successful court appearances and litigation representation before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT & NCLAT, as well as District Courts.
