MYCPE ONE is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with 7+ years of experience to join their legal team in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure legal compliance across all Indian and international entities under MYCPE ONE Group.
- Draft and review legal notices, agreements, policies, and undertakings.
- Handle civil recovery suits, litigation, and court matters.
- Manage arbitration proceedings and draft claims and counterclaims.
- Coordinate with external counsel, manage filings and hearings.
- Draft internal advisories, notices, and memos related to misconduct or violations.
- Strategize and execute legal recovery processes.
- Secure amicable settlements while safeguarding company interests.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of civil, criminal, arbitration, and employment laws.
- Experience handling litigation and arbitration proceedings.
- Proficient in legal drafting and negotiation.
- Ability to work independently on multiple legal matters.
