Details of the Job/Internship

Netradyne is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with at least 12 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

Provide legal support to leadership and business teams on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts and agreements.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with global legal teams to maintain consistency in legal practices.
Handle internal investigations, litigation, and government inquiries.
Conduct legal training and mentor junior professionals.
Support strategic projects, AI initiatives, and international expansion.

Eligibility

Minimum 12 years of experience in a multinational company or international law firm with a focus on commercial law.
Law degree from a recognized university (LL.M. preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience with cross-border legal matters preferred.
