Chambers of Prachi Wazalwar & Associates is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with experience of 2–4 years to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves active litigation work with exposure to corporate and insolvency matters, including appearances before NCLT and NCLAT. The place of work will be Churchgate, Mumbai. Salary will be as per industry standards.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents and pleadings.
- Handling court appearances.
- Working on matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and Companies Act.
