Prometheus Consulting Services is actively seeking a talented Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in their legal department, overseeing and guiding their legal initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Reporting to Head of Legal Affairs and to provide advisory, legal knowledge, guidance on transaction pertaining to commercial agreements, endorsement agreement involving IP and technology related laws, Data Privacy, TMT agreements and laws and other related issues (Including IT and IP) .
- Ensuring completion of commercial agreements on time.
- Ensuring compliance under agreements.
- To ensure and maintain adequate legal safeguards for PUMA to ensure that PUMA interest are protected
Eligibility
- LLB with around 10 years of experience
- Good Understanding of contract laws, Sale of goods act, Information Technology and IP related laws.
- Results orientated and self-starter with “can do” attitude and an attitude of not treating “familiarity as knowledge”.
- Ability to research, learn and rely on legal points. Stick together and work as a team member, both within the legal team and cross – functionally
- Attitude of being “Patient”
- Strong communication both verbal and non-verbal and ability to interact globally.
- Organization and prioritization skills, Effective time management, detail and accuracy.
