Details of the Job/Internship
Resolute Corp is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with 5-7 years of experience to handle contract drafting, negotiation, legal advisory, and compliance across India and the Middle East, based out of their Ahmedabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- The role includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements such as MOUs, NDAs, Contribution Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Franchise and Brand Endorsement Agreements.
- The candidate will manage contracts, ensure legal compliance, assess risks, and provide legal advice on business and investment transactions.
- Responsibilities also involve coordinating with stakeholders, managing contract disputes, ensuring proper documentation, and assisting in due diligence processes for target portfolios.
- The role requires anticipating business legal needs and supporting strategic planning.
Eligibility
- Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience in a multinational company, preferably with exposure to India and Middle East regulations.
- They should have excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and a strong command over the Contracts Act, Limitation Act, Sale of Goods Act, FEMA, and IPR laws.
- The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with superior collaboration and relationship-building skills, legal advisory capabilities, and a good track record in corporate commercial matters.
