Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, from software licenses to partnership agreements with large GSIs and consulting firms.
• Offer legal guidance on commercial and technical matters, ensuring seamless business operations.
• Navigate the intricacies of international corporate environments with finesse.
• Support India HR team with labor and employment advice.

Eligibility

A qualified Legal Counsel in India with 8+ years of experience in business law, particularly in B2B SaaS and software license contracts. Ideal candidates will showcase their expertise in international corporate settings, adept negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail.
