SymphonyAl is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with experience of 8 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, from software licenses to partnership agreements with large GSIs and consulting firms.
- Offer legal guidance on commercial and technical matters, ensuring seamless business operations.
- Navigate the intricacies of international corporate environments with finesse.
- Support India HR team with labour and employment advice.
Eligibility
- with +8 years of experience in business law, particularly in B2B SaaS and software license contracts. Ideal candidates will showcase their expertise in international corporate settings, adept negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail.
