Details of the Job/Internship

Teamware Solutions is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Counsel with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as a legal partner to the Sales team, advising and mentoring to close deals ethically and effectively.
• Draft, review, and negotiate revenue licensing agreements (enterprise licensing, cloud services, distributor/reseller, consulting/professional services).
• Track legal developments in India and ensure company agreements/policies remain compliant.
• Review procurement agreements in line with company policies and legal processes.
• Perform other legal duties as required.

Eligibility

• 2–4 years PQE as a legal practitioner in India.
• Experience with technology licensing contracts, IP law, and privacy preferred (or strong interest in these areas).
• Strong professionalism, integrity, and commercial judgment.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a global, multicultural environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
