Details of the Job/Internship

Tech Mahindra is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with 12+ years of experience in contracts, direct negotiation with clients and business heads, and management of the APAC region. The role requires prior experience in an in-house legal team of an IT/ITES company and managing a team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet IT, ITES, technology contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
• Review and negotiate Master Service Agreements, EPC, Turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, and Procurement Agreements.
• Handle government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and EOIs.
• Manage contracts with OEMs, service providers, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders, handle contractual correspondence, and manage amendments or extensions of contracts.
• Safeguard the company’s interests in contractual matters and mitigate risks, liabilities, and deviations.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and vetting IT, ITES, and technology contracts.
• Proficiency in reviewing and negotiating Master Service Agreements, EPC, Turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, and Procurement Agreements.
• Experience with government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, EOIs, and contracts involving OEMs, service providers, and subcontractors in software licensing, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, and manpower.
• Strong skills in contractual correspondence, amendments, extensions, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks, liabilities, and deviations.
