Details of the Job/Internship
Tech Mahindra is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with 8+ years of experience in IT contracts for roles based in Pune and Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting IT, ITES, and technology contracts and legal documentation.
- Reviewing and negotiating master service agreements, EPC contracts, turnkey contracts, professional service agreements, NDAs, and procurement agreements.
- Handling government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and EOIs.
- Managing contracts with OEMs, service providers, and subcontractors for software licences, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, and manpower services.
- Managing contractual correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Handling amendments, extensions, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Filing and prosecuting trademark, copyright, and patent applications, including registrations and renewals.
- Advising internal stakeholders on IP issues, usage, and violations.
- Coordinating with external attorneys for IP registration activities.
- Safeguarding the company’s interests in contractual and IP matters.
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks, liabilities, and deviations.
Eligibility
- Qualified LL.B. with 8+ years of experience in contracts within the IT industry.
