Tech Mahindra is hiring a Legal Counsel – Contracts & IPR with experience of 8+ years to join their offices in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet IT, ITES, and technology-related contracts and legal documentation.
- Review and negotiate Master Service Agreements, EPC, turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, and procurement agreements.
- Handle government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and EOIs.
- Manage contracts with OEMs, service providers, subcontractors across software, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, and manpower.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders for contractual correspondence, amendments, and extensions.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Handle filing and prosecution of trademarks, copyrights, and patents, including registrations and renewals.
- Advise stakeholders on IPR issues, including usage and violations.
- Coordinate with external attorneys for IP registration activities.
- Safeguard company interests in contractual and IP matters.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks, liabilities, and deviations.
Eligibility
- Qualified LLB.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in contracts within the IT industry.
