Details of the Job/Internship
Tech Mahindra is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel – Contracts with over 10 years of global experience to support its contract drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet IT, ITES, and technology contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Review and negotiate Master Service Agreements, EPC and turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, and Procurement Agreements.
- Handle government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and EOIs.
- Manage contracts with OEMs, service providers, and subcontractors including software licensing, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, and manpower-related arrangements.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders for contractual correspondence, amendments, extensions, and compliance with obligations.
- Safeguard company interests in all contractual matters.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, liabilities, and deviations in contracts.
Eligibility
- LLB with 10+ years of global experience in contracts.
- Experience negotiating directly with clients and business heads.
- Must be currently working in the in-house legal team of an IT/ITES company.
- Strong experience in IT, ITES, and technology contract negotiation.
- Expertise in handling tenders, bids, OEM contracts, and technology-related agreements.
- Strong communication, analytical, and risk assessment abilities.
