Technip Energies is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with 14-16 years of experience to provide legal support for business and operations activities across its Operating Center in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal counsel on business matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand and support business requirements.
• Participate in and/or lead contract negotiations with clients and partners.
• Manage reviews with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and company standards.
• Support legal department enhancements as part of continuous improvement.
• Assist in managing litigations for the organization.
• Travel within India as required to offices or project sites.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• 14-16 years of post-qualification experience in a multi-state law firm or multinational company.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams.
• Pragmatic thinker with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
