Quattro Spaces is hiring for the position of Senior Legal CRM - Real Estate with 8-10 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
Legal Documentation & Support
- Draft and review legal documents, including LOIs, Lease Agreements, Licensing Contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and Registration Deeds.
- Coordinate with authorities for stamping, registration, and notarization of documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal documentation and records.
Client & Legal Liaisoning
- Act as the primary legal contact for clients, ensuring effective communication on all legal matters.
- Collaborate with client legal teams and internal departments for smooth document execution and issue resolution.
- Represent the legal team during site visits, client handovers, and internal discussions requiring legal input.
Court & Government Liaison
- Attend court proceedings and follow up on litigation or legal matters involving the company.
- Liaise with government bodies, registrar offices, legal clerks, and external counsels for regulatory processes and approvals.
- Handle municipal permissions, title verifications, and other compliance-related tasks.
Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure all leasing and property transactions comply with RERA, zoning laws, and other statutory regulations.
- Advise business teams on legal risks and ensure timely submission of statutory filings.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) – Mandatory
- 8–10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in real estate, corporate leasing, or a property advisory environment.
- Prior exposure to court procedures, municipal processes, and real estate documentation is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, leasing frameworks, and property compliance (including RERA).
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Organizational ability to track court dates, legal filings, and compliance tasks.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and document control systems.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and multitasking capabilities.
