Details of the Job/Internship
Thomson Reuters is hiring a Senior Legal Editorial Associate to support the Practical Law editorial teams in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prioritise and manage competing workloads for self and team members.
- Evaluate and recommend workflow alignment and transitions.
- Maintain in-depth understanding of customer usage of Practical Law products.
- Drive quality standards and establish clear expectations.
- Lead process, tool, and product improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain documentation and conduct training sessions.
- Communicate complex concepts effectively across stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external working relationships.
- Coordinate resolution of complex technical issues and mitigate customer impact.
- Support team members and vendors in resolving development and maintenance issues.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or an integrated undergraduate law degree.
- Minimum three years of experience as a paralegal.
- At least two years of experience working with Practical Law products.
- Prior legal training or experience.
- Experience in a publishing environment is preferred.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
