A2Global Consulting Private Limited is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
Consulting & AI Playbook Development
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business stakeholders to gather requirements for AI-driven contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions.
- Facilitate customer workshops to showcase CLM’s AI capabilities and define strategies for contract review automation.
- Draft, review, and optimize contract review playbooks (“Screens”) to align with client objectives and compliance needs.
- Advise clients on best practices for AI-enabled contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and regulatory adherence.
AI & CLM Configuration
- Configure AI features within the CLM system, including automated review, clause/key term extraction, risk scoring, and data transformation.
- Enhance contract templates, clause libraries, and approval workflows for efficient AI-driven operations.
- Partner with Solution Architects to ensure optimal configurations tailored to each customer’s use case.
- Work closely with data scientists and AI engineers to refine models and improve contract analysis accuracy.
Testing, Validation & Change Management
- Design and implement robust testing protocols for AI-powered workflows in contract management.
- Validate AI outputs to ensure legal, regulatory, and operational compliance.
- Support change management through user training, process documentation, and adoption planning.
Data Management & Reporting
- Leverage CLM analytics to assess AI performance, user adoption, and process efficiency.
- Produce reports highlighting AI-driven improvements in risk management, contract turnaround times, and lifecycle trends.
Professional Services Best Practices
- Contribute to the development of best practices for service delivery, readiness assessments, and successful AI integration within the Professional Services team.
Additional Information
- Other duties as assigned.
- Approximately 10% travel required.
- Willingness to support Eastern Time (ET) business hours and EMEA clients, as needed.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year); a law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial contract review, redlining, and negotiation in B2B settings, ideally with a focus on U.S.-based transactions.
- Proven expertise in creating and maintaining contract playbooks, including those involving AI integration.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate legal language into practical, technical solutions.
- Comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams, from technical professionals to business leaders.
