Details of the Job/Internship
Flick2Know is hiring a Senior Legal Executive – Contract & Compliance with experience in legal drafting, contract review, and compliance to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise customer contracts, service agreements, and commercial terms.
- Prepare NDAs and other legal documents in line with business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify legal risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and external legal counsel.
- Support and lead negotiations on contract terms with customers.
- Maintain organised records of contracts, agreements, amendments, and legal correspondence.
- Prepare legal summaries, internal guidelines, and compliance documents.
- Assist in audit support and documentation processes.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognised institution (mandatory).
- Strong legal drafting skills and experience in contract management.
- Attention to detail and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
