Details of the Job/Internship
Mother Sparsh is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with over 3 years of experience in Trademark and Intellectual Property law to join their office in Chandigarh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct trademark searches and manage registration processes.
- Handle trademark journal oppositions and rectification proceedings.
- Draft and file opposition notices, counter statements, affidavits, cease & desist notices, and other IP-related documents.
- Manage injunction matters and IP enforcement strategies.
- Provide expertise in trademark, design, and copyright laws.
- Ensure accurate data and document management.
- Work under pressure and manage multiple legal assignments effectively.
Eligibility
- Law graduate from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Trademark and IP law.
- Strong drafting and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
