Details of the Job/Internship

Aliens Group Pvt. Ltd. Is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with experience of 3 to 6 years to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling Civil and Criminal Litigation cases.
• Will work with procedural laws such as CPC (Civil Procedure Code) and CrPC (Criminal Procedure Code).
• Preparing and filing of petitions.
• Supervising the cases currently running in the organization.
• Updating the database with all the new cases and FIRS.
• Might require to visit court & police station.
• Might require to deal with clients.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices.
• Exposure towards Civil Litigation (understanding about land disputes, consumer disputes).
• Exposure towards Criminal Litigation (understanding about FIRs, drafting criminal petitions).
• Strong Understanding of Agreements.
• Strong Knowledge about CPC and CrPc.
