Details of the Job/Internship

Atrangii is hiring a Senior Legal Executive to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiation of various Agreements including but not limiting to Production Service, Licenses, Acquisitions, Distribution etc.
• Vetting/reviewing all forms of Agreements, Contracts, Policies, documents.
• Advising business team on various legal and commercial issues pertaining to intellectual property rights and other contractual rights and obligations.
• Co-ordinating with Clients. Drafting and replying to notices and complaints.
• Handling ancillary Non Litigation work.

Eligibility

• Media & Entertainment Lawyer having requisite experience of Relevant non- litigation background experience.
• The candidate must have excellent communication skills and drafting skills. Remuneration and designation shall depend upon previous experience.
• We are looking for candidates with a vision of long term association and possessing at least 4 years of experience in dealing with above-mentioned responsibilities.
• Only the candidates possessing the above-mentioned requirement shall apply for this position.

Salary/Stipend
