Atrangii is hiring a Senior Legal Executive to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting of various Agreements including but not limited to Production Services, Licenses, and acquisitions.
- Vetting/reviewing of all forms of Agreements and Contracts.
- Coordinating with Clients.
- Drafting and replying to notices and complaints.
- Handling ancillary Non-Litigation work.
Eligibility
- LLB.
- LLM (Added Advantage).
- Media & Entertainment Lawyer having requisite experience of Relevant non- litigation background.
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills and drafting skills.
- Remuneration and designation shall depend upon previous experience.
