Atrangii Network Pvt Ltd is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with experience of 3–4 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate various agreements and contracts.
• Vet and review agreements and contracts.
• Advise business teams on legal and commercial issues.
• Draft and reply to notices and complaints.
• Handle all forms of non-litigation work.

Eligibility

• LL.B with at least 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in the media and entertainment industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage strict deadlines.

Salary/Stipend
