Details of the Job/Internship

Avani Riverside Mall is hiring for the position of legal executive with 3-4 years of experience to join them in their Howrah office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters. 
• Providing advice on legal matters. 
• Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, agreements (rent cam), and briefing documents. 
• Reviewing legal material. 
• Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes. 
• Monitoring databases and tracking deadlines. 

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in law. 
• 3 years experience in the field of law. 
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and research skills. 
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Ability to work well within a team and individually. 

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
