Baazar Style Retail Ltd is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with experience of 2 years to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and executing lease, leave & licence agreements, and Memorandum of Understandings.
- Conducting thorough due diligence of property.
- Preparing and managing NDA Agreements.
- Negotiating terms and liaising with various stakeholders.
Eligibility
- LLB Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferable).
