Details of the Job/Internship
BotLab Dynamics is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Executive with experience of 2-5 years to join their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure contracts align with company policies and protect organizational interests.
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Advise on legal requirements specific to aviation, drone operations, and entertainment.
- Handle regulatory filings and maintain licenses and permits required for operations.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Provide legal guidance on intellectual property, data protection, and privacy laws.
Advisory Support:
- Support internal teams with legal advice on various operational matters.
- Provide training and updates on relevant legal and regulatory changes.
Dispute Resolution:
- Assist in managing legal disputes, including liaising with external counsel when necessary.
- Represent the company in negotiations and pre-litigation processes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; a Master’s in Law (LLM) is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate legal roles, preferably in the technology or entertainment industry.
