CES is hiring Senior Legal Executive to join their office in Andhra Pradesh.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on child support matters, ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to establish and enforce child support orders. Represent the organization in legal proceedings related to child support.
• Oversee and manage garnishment processes, including wage garnishments and other financial obligations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of garnishment orders in compliance with legal requirements.
• Respond to inquiries from employees and external entities regarding garnishment.
• Review and analyze unemployment claims, providing legal advice on contesting or approving claims.
• Prepare and represent the organization in unemployment hearings and appeals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of unemployment laws and regulations.
