Coastal Marine Construction & Engineering Ltd. is hiring a Senior legal Executive with 4–7 years of experience to join their Head Office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting deeds, contracts, MoUs, and other legal agreements.
- Legal scrutiny and audits of documents for approvals and compliance.
- Coordinating legal issue resolution and supporting reporting heads.
- Conducting legal research on laws, regulations, and policies.
- Ensuring compliance with various permissions and maintaining MIS.
- Studying case laws and jurisdiction-specific legal matters.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from Recognised University.
- 4–7 years of relevant legal experience.
