Details of the Job/Internship
Devyani International Limited is hiring a Senior Legal Executive (Non-Litigation) with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements including lease deeds, leave & license, franchise, vendor contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Conduct legal vetting of commercial and operational documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for legal support.
- Handle property due diligence, title verification, and lease documentation.
- Maintain legal document databases and agreement trackers.
- Assist in compliance with Companies Act, FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and other regulations.
- Liaise with external consultants, counsels, and regulatory bodies.
- Support audits, inspections, and legal risk assessments.
- Monitor legal updates and integrate them into business practices.
Eligibility
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of experience in non-litigation legal work, preferably in retail, QSR, hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
- Exposure to real estate documentation, F&B regulatory compliance, and commercial contract drafting preferred.
