Details of the Job/Internship
Drip Capital is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing legal and strategic support on business initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and external parties to facilitate seamless contract processes.
- Stay updated with amendments to the Companies Act and implement necessary compliance measures.
- Work with stakeholders to address regulatory concerns and ensure company-wide compliance.
- Provide legal and strategic advice on new business projects by identifying potential legal and regulatory risks.
- Undertake additional projects and assignments in coordination with different departments to ensure legal compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Thorough understanding of corporate law, contract management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate legal risks.
