Details of the Job/Internship
Enhancor is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with 4–5 years of experience to work the US shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST).
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle from drafting to finalization.
- Review legal and insurance documents to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Support preparation and negotiation of vendor agreements, MSAs, construction agreements, riders, and terminations.
- Create and maintain contract MIS for signings, expiries, and related updates.
- Manage the insurance helpdesk and act as a liaison between Legal and business teams.
- Recommend process improvements and conduct internal guidance on contract best practices.
Eligibility
- LLB or BA LLB with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced or start-up environments.
- LPO experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ClickUp, and Litera.
- Strong contract review and negotiation capabilities.
- Familiarity with CMS tools, W-9 forms, and COI documentation.
