Details of the Job/Internship

Flipkart is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage legal matters for Flipkart Internet, Shopsy, FCC, and Yaantra.
• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse agreements and offer documents.
• Review and approve advertisements and PR materials to ensure compliance.
• Conduct legal research and provide actionable advisory input.
• Assist with the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of law firms.

Eligibility

• LLB degree with 2–5 years of experience in contract drafting.
• Strong negotiation skills for commercial agreements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in legal research and analysis.
• Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
