Gateway Group of Companies is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with experience of 2–4 years to join their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support to all departments to ensure strict regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide array of commercial contracts and legal agreements.
• Develop and implement internal company policies in alignment with current legal requirements.
• Monitor legislative changes and advise internal stakeholders on the potential impact on business operations.
• Manage and coordinate litigation matters in active consultation with external legal counsel.
• Maintain adherence to corporate governance standards and statutory compliance mandates.
• Oversee the management of legal documentation, records, and the central contract repository.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams on cross-functional legal and compliance issues.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; an LLM degree is preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal or similar professional role.
• Strong expertise in contract management, corporate laws, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience in handling litigation and coordinating with external legal advisors.
• Excellent skills in legal drafting, negotiation, and professional communication.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex legal problems.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority tasks.
