Gujrat Pesticides Company - GPC are hiring a Sr. Executive – Legal to oversee legal compliance, regulatory approvals, documentation, and licensing for Agri-Input products.

Role and Responsibilities

• Managing legal compliance for agri-input manufacturing (Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides)
• Ensuring timely renewal & maintenance of licenses and certifications
• Drafting & reviewing agreements, vendor contracts, and documentation
• Coordinating with Agriculture Department, Licensing Authorities & Regulatory Bodies
• Maintaining legal records, policy documents, and compliance reports
• Handling notices, inspections, audit queries, and documentation
• Supporting company policies, internal compliance, and legal risk reduction

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM graduates
• 3–5 years of experience in Agri-Input industry legal/compliance
• Strong knowledge of Seeds/Fertilizer/Pesticide Act & regulatory norms
• Good drafting, documentation & communication skills
• Experience dealing with government/department officials

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
