HomeLane is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with 2–4 years of experience to support legal operations across commercial contracting, customer disputes, and compliance. The role involves drafting contracts, managing customer escalations, coordinating with external advocates, and advising business teams on legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor, franchise, marketing, service, SaaS, and lease contracts.
- Handle customer escalations, NCH complaints, legal notices, and consumer forum cases in coordination with internal teams.
- Liaise with external advocates for litigation, police complaints, and regulatory matters.
- Maintain trackers for agreements, disputes, and legal cases.
- Support franchise compliance and adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
- Develop standard legal templates, policies, and process documents.
- Conduct preliminary legal research and provide advisory support on day-to-day business queries.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- 2–4 years post-qualification experience, preferably in corporate contracting and customer dispute management.
- Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of consumer law, contract law, and civil/criminal procedures preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
