Details of the Job/Internship

Imaginarium is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Executive with 3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure statutory compliance and minimize risks.
• Draft, vet, and finalize a wide range of legal documents, including NDAs, MoUs, Service Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, business agreements, policy documents, legal notices, and official correspondence.
• Negotiate contract terms to secure favorable outcomes while ensuring adequate risk management.
• Provide practical legal solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Represent the Company in hearings, motions, and conferences; ensure timely advocacy and follow-ups.
• Prepare and manage litigation-related documents (complaints, petitions, replies, rejoinders, etc.) in coordination with external counsel.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, external legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Liaise with courts, tribunals, and government bodies for filings, compliance, and other legal processes.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in non-litigation legal practice.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal).
• High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
