ImpactGuru is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with experience of 2-7 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including partnership agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and service-level agreements.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure the company's operations comply with relevant legal requirements, policies, and regulations, especially in healthcare and technology sectors.
- Litigation & Non Litigation Support: Assist in handling legal disputes, managing litigation, and liaising with external legal counsel as required.
- Regulatory Advisory: Monitor changes in legal and regulatory landscapes, ensuring the company adapts accordingly and complies with healthcare and data protection regulations.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate records of legal documentation and provide regular updates to the management on critical legal matters.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to provide legal support on various business projects and initiatives.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential legal risks and offer recommendations to mitigate these risks.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; candidates with an LLM will be preferred.
- 2-7 years of experience in corporate BFSI/healthcare law, ideally within a tech or healthcare startup.
- Solid understanding of contract law, intellectual property, and healthcare/BFSI regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
