Details of the Job/Internship

Iris Global Services Pvt Ltd is looking for candidate for the position Senior Legal Executive.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Senior Legal Executive will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, providing legal advice, handling cases pertaining to S. 138, N.I. Act, reviewing drafting agreements and financial documents.
• The role requires strong expertise in law and the ability to provide sound legal guidance and support to the organization. Prior experience in distribution/IT industry will be preferred.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Law, including but not limited to Contract Law, NI Act, and civil and criminal matters. 
• Experience in legal document preparation, including contract drafting.
• Ability to provide legal advice and guidance with respect to high-risk transactions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant degree in Law.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
