Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with experience of 3 to 10 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Job Title: Commercial Contracts

Role and Responsibilities

• Experience in IT vendor procurement contracts – SLMA, MSA, SOW, Addendum, Cloud and Datacenter Agreements, NDA etc.
• Drafting, vetting, negotiation & execution of commercial contracts.
• Preparing MIS –acting as a repository of commercial contracts.
• Understanding of stamp duty rules and regulations.
• IT Evidence certificate issuance.
• Working and coordinating with various stakeholders within the Bank to close contract-related issues.
• Managing and handling Audit related queries about IT Vendor related contracts.
• Understanding and Knowledge of RBI Regulations especially about IT Outsourcing by Banks.
• Understanding of commercial contracts, IP laws and Data Privacy laws
• Understanding of data privacy laws.

Eligibility

• Experience: 3-10 years.
• Qualification: LLB/LLM.
