Legalbook is hiring a Senior Legal Executive to handle corporate and commercial legal work on-site in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Work on corporate transaction documents such as SHA, SSA, STA, etc.
• Conduct legal research and provide analytical support.
• Assist in corporate and contract law matters related to business operations.

Eligibility

• LLB graduate.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar legal role.
• Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of contract law and corporate legal principles.
• Experience with commercial and corporate documentation.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
