LTIMindtree is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Executive with 3-7 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
Primary Accountabilities:
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, RFPs, and other legal documents.
- Providing legal support and strategic input on a broad range of corporate matters.
- Conducting legal research and analysis, drafting notices, memos, policies, and position papers.
- Managing contract lifecycle processes including clause extraction, interpretation, and advisory.
Secondary Accountabilities:
- Providing legal counsel on HR and employment law-related matters.
- Supporting dispute resolution efforts, including managing and briefing external counsel.
- Reporting and advisory to senior management on legal risk and compliance.
Eligibility
- High quality of legal work – accuracy, consistency, attention to detail.
- Strong commitment, ownership, and ability to manage escalations effectively.
- Timely delivery with proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Innovative thinking with a focus on adding value to internal and external stakeholders.
- Agility in understanding regulatory and business ecosystem changes and applying them to legal advisory.
- Experience: 3 to 7 Years
