Details of the Job/Internship
LTIMindtree is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with 1–5 years of experience to join their legal team in Mumbai. The role involves contract drafting, legal advisory, dispute resolution, and employment-related legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, RFPs, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft notices, memos, and policies.
- Manage contracts including clause extraction, interpretation, and advisory.
- Provide legal advice on HR and employment matters.
- Handle dispute resolution, coordinate with external counsel, and report to management.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency in legal work.
- Meet turnaround time (TAT) expectations and handle escalations.
- Demonstrate strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Eligibility
- 1–5 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
