Details of the Job/Internship
Mother Sparsh is hiring a Trademark & IP Professional with 7+ years of experience to join its team in Chandigarh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle trademark searches, registrations, and overall IP portfolio management.
- Draft and file oppositions, counter statements, affidavits, and cease and desist notices.
- Manage rectification proceedings and injunction matters.
- Prepare legal documents related to trademarks, designs, and copyrights.
- Monitor trademark journals and handle opposition matters.
- Ensure accurate data management and documentation of IP records.
- Work on compliance related to trademark, design, and copyright laws.
Eligibility
- Law graduate from a recognised university.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in trademark and IP practice.
- Strong knowledge of trademark journals, opposition procedures, and affidavit drafting.
- Expertise in trademark, design, and copyright laws.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple assignments.
