Details of the Job/Internship

Officebanao is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Executive with experience of 1-2 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure that contracts and agreements comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to provide legal guidance and support.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant industry laws and regulations.
• Assist in identifying potential legal risks and developing risk management strategies.

Eligibility

1. Must have done LLB from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law school.
2. 1-2 years of experience in contract drafting and risk compliance, preferably within a startup or corporate environment.
3. Knowing company laws, Banking laws and regulations, Labour laws and compliances, GST laws, and other related laws.
4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with exceptional drafting skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
