Details of the Job/Internship
Pilgrim is hiring a Company Secretary & Legal Executive with experience of 3–6 years to join their office in Andheri, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and other regulations.
- Manage board meetings, agendas, minutes, statutory filings, and records.
- Maintain statutory registers, licenses, and ensure timely renewals.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
- Manage legal documentation lifecycle and maintain repositories.
- Support dispute resolution and coordinate with external counsel.
- Assist in audits, fundraising, and investor due diligence processes.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI).
- LL.B. preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in secretarial and legal functions.
- Strong understanding of corporate laws and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters.
